Please write your name and address carefully while placing your order for books
or any other correspondence with Zikra International
Publishers.

The price of books is increasing day by day due to increase
in paper cost and other unavoidable reasons, books will
be dispatched according to their current price.
|
|
A packet weighting 5 kilograms is sent by post, and
one exceeding it by transport.
|
|
In case of V.P.P., it is essential to send half of the
price in advance.
|
|
As soon as you are informed of V.P.P., receive it from
the post office or the postman immediately.
|
|
A V.P.P. packet remains in the post office only for
5 days. In case V.P.P. is returned, you will feel sorry
and we will have to bear loss.
|
|
Please do mention whether you like to receive the books
by Transport. Also, mention the name of your nearest Transport.
|
|
If you have any complaint about the parcel sent to you,
or you receive a book or books in bad condition, or you
find any mistake in the Bill, please do contact us with
reference to the Bill No. Insha'Allah proper steps will
be taken.

We give 33% discount on our publications for book sellers
only.
|
|
Only the books which are available at the time of supply
will be dispatched.
|
|
The postal, packing and dispatch charges will be charge
by the purchaser.
|
|
Books once sold will not be returned.
|

To receive the packet through Bank Bilty, the full name
and address of the concerned Bank must be mentioned.
|
|
Draft should be drawn in the name of "ZIKRA
INTERNATIONAL PUBLISHERS ", payable at Delhi
or New Delhi, India.

You can deposit the amount in our bank account directly.
